General
How long does it take to get a sign made?
Turnaround depends on the product. Simple banners and yard signs can often be ready in 2–3 business days. Vehicle wraps typically take 3–5 business days from art approval. CNC carved signs and complex installations take longer — usually 1–2 weeks. Rush orders are available for most products at an additional charge.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. We have in-house designers who can create artwork from scratch or refine your existing logo or concept. Design fees vary depending on the complexity of the project. If you already have print-ready files, we can go straight to production.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, rush orders are available for most products. Rush fees vary by product type and timeline. Call us at 830-997-7197 Office Call Only or 830-733-0654 Cell Call or Text to discuss your deadline and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do you install signs?
Yes. We offer professional installation for most sign types including storefront signs, vehicle wraps, window graphics, and banners. Installation pricing is quoted per project based on location and complexity.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes. We work with Pantone (PMS) color matching for consistent brand color reproduction. Provide us your PMS colors or CMYK values and we'll match as closely as the production method allows.
Vehicle Wraps
How much does a vehicle wrap cost?
Vehicle wrap pricing depends on the size and complexity of the vehicle and design. Partial wraps and magnetic signs are available at lower price points. Contact us for a free quote — pricing varies too much by vehicle type to give a meaningful number without seeing the project.
How long does a vehicle wrap last?
Quality vehicle wraps last 5–7 years with proper care. Keep the vehicle garaged or shaded when possible, hand wash rather than automated car washes, and avoid high-pressure washing directly on seams and edges.
Will a wrap damage my vehicle's paint?
No — a properly installed wrap actually protects your paint from UV damage and minor abrasion. When removed by a professional, the paint underneath is typically in better condition than exposed panels. Damage can occur if a wrap is left on too long (beyond its rated lifespan) or removed improperly.
Files & Printing
What file formats do you accept?
We prefer vector files: .AI, .EPS, or press-ready .PDF with fonts outlined. For raster images, we need at least 300 DPI at final print size (.PNG, .JPG, .TIFF). If you're unsure, send us what you have and we'll evaluate it for free. See our file preparation guide for more detail.
I only have my logo from my website. Can you use it?
Website logos are typically 72–96 DPI and will not print cleanly at large sizes. If you don't have a vector file, we can redraw your logo as a vector for a one-time fee. We then keep it on file for all future orders.
Embroidery & Apparel
What is the minimum order for embroidery?
There is a one-time digitizing fee to convert your logo into an embroidery stitch file, which we keep on file for future orders. Minimums vary by product — contact us for current pricing on your specific garment and design.
Do you supply the garments or do I bring my own?
Both. We stock and can source a wide range of garments — polos, t-shirts, work shirts, hats, jackets, and more. You can also bring your own garments to be embroidered or printed. Contact us to discuss your needs and we'll find the right solution.
